We offer our customers a 14 day approval period and money back guarantee for our standard products. Only products in original packaging with original invoice can be returned. Products, which have been damaged during the 14 days approval period, cannot be returned.

Special orders cannot be returned.
Customers are requested to fax or email a request for an acceptance docket from Inter Design Italia for goods being returned within the 14 days approval period.
All returned goods can be exchanged for others or a complete refund. Repayments will be made via credit notes on the customer account or via redeemable banker’s order or cheque within 5-7 working days after Inter Design Italia have received the returns. Inter Design Italia reserves the right to choose the method of repayment.
